I recommend Ashley Hickmon and her team if you want a lender who communicates well, knows their industry and will give you A-1 customer service throughout the entire process of buying a home. I had a horrible experience with HomeAmerican Mortgage the end of last year 12/31/2020 and I reached out to Ashley and explained everything to her and asked if she could do my loan. Ashley took over my loan from that horrible lender HomeAmerican Mtg and she and her team closed my loan in less than 30 days! Drake Doe1 StarWorst experience with Ashley she discriminate people other then her own kind, she ignores calls, totally just blows you off if your loan isn’t a good price for her she won’t even bug to help you! Never tried to process our loan, never tired to get in contact with our co-signers she wasted a whole month of our time and still haven’t got in touch with us to give us a yes or no!
